• Data Security: MediBetter implements de-identification and encryption procedures to further reduce the risk of any identifying information coming through our platforms.
• Data Storage: All data is stored in Australia.
For the functioning of MediBetter solutions, we utilise the following personal information about your consultation:
1. A copy of your (de-identified) consultation notes which may include diagnosis, past treatment, medical history and treatment plans related to you.
2. Copy of or access to your name, date of birth, gender, contact information and Medicare information contained in any medical records related to you.
